Potomac advises Damartex on the acquisition of Santéol and the creation of its new strategic Healthcare business Unit

As part of its transformation plan, Damartex Group announced the acquisition of Santéol, a home healthcare provider specializing in the treatment of respiratory disorders and oxygen therapy. Founded in 2005 in Strasbourg, Santéol operates mainly in the Grand-Est and Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur regions and will generate in 2019 revenues and an Ebitda of approximately €8 million and €3.7 million respectively

Damartex is a group listed in Paris on Euronext Growth built around 11 strong brands, including Damart which has a revenues of more than €750 million. The acquisition of Santéol materializes the creation of a new Healthcare business unit and Damartex‘s ambition to diversify into the Silver Economy, a fast-growing sector. This new business unit will also include Sedagyl, a brand dedicated to home care services with revenues in France and the UK of €19.5 million for FY19. Damartex plans to expand its range of products and services and accelerate its growth in the digital sector for seniors and carers.
