IMMR is a CRO specialized in preclinical research for medical devices.
IMM Recherche was a spin-off of the Montsouris Institute in Paris. In a few years IMMR became a CRO leader in preclinical research for medical devices, more specifically in the cardiovascular sector. The company offers a complete range of services from proof of concept to regulatory studies for FDA, CFDA and CE marking.
In 2016, MBO Partenaires instructed Potomac to advise on the acquisition of IMMR. MBO Partenaires was soon convinced by the unique expertise of IMMR and its opportunity for growth, and structured the best offer for the management and the historical shareholders BTW CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, MATMUT et MGEN.
