Triatec, the employee shareholder holding company of Techna, is acquiring CCPA’s minority stake in Techna, in a transaction financed through debt financing.

Founded in 1964 in Couëron, near Nantes, TECHNA is the French leader in precision animal nutrition and natural health solutions for livestock, and one of the few independent French “Service Firms.”

A leading player in poultry and active across all livestock sectors (swine, cattle, horses, rabbits, etc.), TECHNA supports stakeholders across the animal production value chain in sustainably improving their technical, economic and environmental performance.

TECHNA stands out for its recognized scientific expertise, supported by more than 350 employees, two experimental farms and an innovation center.

With revenues of nearly €100 million in 2025, TECHNA generates more than 45% of its business internationally, through a network of 13 subsidiaries (including 9 outside France) and 5 production sites.

Owned by its employees through TRIATEC, employee ownership is at the heart of the Group’s business model. The acquisition of CCPA’s stake will enable TECHNA to further strengthen its shareholder independence, while preserving the continuity of its partnership with CCPA.
